#apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
should be working. but in my debian testing it isn't. I have to manually create a symlinks


#ln -s /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/libflashplayer.so

to make it work.
